Ralph Brehany is an excellent communicator. We received a prompt and reasonable estimate of services. The project was scheduled within a reasonable period of time. When weather delayed the beginning of the project a few days, the new projected start date conflicted with a family visit to the house, so Ralph immediately agreed to postpone the project several days until we had left. He took care of obtaining the required permits from the town and property owners association and provided us daily pictures of the project's progress. Thanks for a job well done, Ralph!

A tree on the adjacent lot fell during a wind storm and the top crashed through one of our skylights. Steve and Kelli came out on a Sunday within an hour of our call to assess the situation and provide the emergency repair until the replacement skylight and some roofing, gutter, and stucco repair could be done. They finished up the job last week and we are very satisfied with the work they did and the quality of their communication with us. I reached out to Lowcountry Roof repairs after a windstorm took out some of my shingles. Immediately I was impressed by their customer service. They came out the next day and gave me a quote. My husband and I didn't even bother contacting anyone else because Steve and Kelly were very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Lowcountry Roof Repairs did a fantastic job repairing and upgrading my roof. After being away for three weeks, I came home to find a hole had been chewed in my roof above the overhang by a raccoon. I was also having a leaky skylight above the guest bathroom. I called Lowcountry Roof Repairs on a Saturday and in about two hours Steve and Kelly showed up to assess the damage and recommended a plan of action. They were very prompt and kept me up-to-date as the repairs went along. They also made suggestions on how maintain the roof in order to get the most life out of it. They were able to exactly match the paint needed for the fascia and soffit replacement. Their proposal included a one-time removal of tree debris from the entire roof, new boots for the pipe vents, and modern skylights that are flush with the roof. I am a night shift worker, and they were able to complete each stage of the repair by lunch time which allowed me to sleep during the afternoons.
